Manesh Mathew is a healthcare management consultant with over two decades of experience in designing, transforming, and operationalizing healthcare institutions across India.
He has led large-scale initiatives including hospital turnarounds, institutional restructuring, development of public-private partnership models, and strategic planning for multi-specialty and mission-driven hospitals.
His work is defined by a strong focus on culture-building, leadership development, and creating sustainable healthcare systems, particularly in underserved and complex environments.
Manesh holds a Master’s degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics (LSE). This academic foundation shapes MSI’s core philosophy—that financial viability and social relevance are not mutually exclusive, but can work together to build strong, sustainable institutions with lasting impact.

Dr Tribeni Goswami – Director Clinical Programs & Quality
Dr. Tribeni Goswami brings extensive experience in clinical governance, hospital operations, and tertiary care systems, with a strong focus on quality and patient-centered care. . She has also served as a former Associate Professor at a private medical college in Kerala, bringing a strong academic foundation and deep understanding of National Medical Council (NMC) compliance.
At MSI, she leads key initiatives in clinical program development, quality improvement, and patient safety, ensuring alignment between medical services and overall institutional strategy.
Her work is anchored in clinical excellence and a strong commitment to building healthcare systems that are safe, effective, and responsive to patient needs.
She holds an MBBS from Guwahati Medical College Hospital, Assam (1997), and an MD in Microbiology from the same institution (2010)
She has completed a Certificate Course in Evidence-Based Diabetes Management (CCEBDM) from PHFI, New Delhi, in collaboration with Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Education Academy, Chennai. She is also trained in Pain and Palliative Care from Pallium India (2022) and holds a Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Symbiosis, Pune (2022).

Rohini Mathews – Director Human Resources & Communications
Rohini is a dynamic Business Lead consultant in the Home-Based Care services sector, bringing strong experience in building and scaling healthcare delivery models outside the traditional hospital environment. Since 2022, she has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening the Home-Based Care businesses of Medallion and Medezer, with a focus on operational execution, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Her work spans service design, workforce planning, and aligning client requirements with high-quality home-care solutions, enabling continuity of care for patients requiring post-hospitalization, long-term, and short-term clinical support at home.
Rohini Mathews leads MSI’s work in organizational culture, human resource strategy, and communications, with a strong focus on building people-centric healthcare systems.
She brings expertise in building high-performance teams, designing HR systems aligned with institutional values, and strengthening communication frameworks to support organizational growth.
At MSI, she works closely with leadership and teams to create aligned, purpose-driven environments that enable both people and systems to perform effectively.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Mysore.
