- Challenge: A reputed faith-based group with significant capital was entering the healthcare domain for the first time in India. Medallion was engaged when the hospital faced challenges in identifying a core leadership team and establishing ethical work practices in line with CMC Vellore standards. The primary challenge was to build a culture of excellence and market readiness.
- Approach: Medallion developed a strong foundation for a cohesive work environment rooted in compassion for patient needs. Systems and processes were designed to manage the anticipated high patient volume effectively. A technology blueprint was laid out to ensure cost control and enhance patient engagement.
